Epoxy Flake System

This is a seamless flooring system comprised of multi-colored flakes that are fused with clear 100% solids epoxy for moderate resistance to solvents, acids and other chemicals. These decorative colored flakes are available in 1/4-inch and 1/8-inch sizes and resemble the appearance of terrazzo. This system is suitable for most commercial and industrial floor coating applications.

Epoxy systems are seamless and provide various levels of chemical and slip resistance. Strength, durability, intense and stable coloring are a few of the characteristics of these systems. Because these systems are seamless, there is no dirt build-up and mildew, which is common in floors with joints and grout lines. In addition to providing long lasting color, both systems can be applied in a variety of standard and custom color blends and dimensional textures.              

Epoxy and Urethane Coatings

Coatings are clear or pigmented, two component, low odor, 100% solids designed for flooring applications subjected to moderate traffic and chemicals.

Troweled Resurfacing Systems

This system is composed of 100% solids, aromatic, cementitious urethane concrete coating systems. These industrial troweled resurfacing systems are specifically engineered to stand up to the extremes of industrial and manufacturing environments. Ideally suited for manufacturing and assembly areas, forklift aisles and loading docks, troweled resurfacers withstand the constant abuse of heavy loads, extreme impact, forklift traffic and exposure to acid, caustic and other chemicals. The perfect solution to badly spalled and eroded substrates. This hand troweled resurfacer is installed at 1/4-inch to 3/8-inch thickness and the surface profile can be adjusted to provide varying degrees of skid inhibition.

Acrylic Quartz System

This system is composed of a primer, a double broadcast of decorative quartz aggregate into a body coat and two wear resistant topcoats. Very durable, fast curing and a high strength concrete coating made from Methyl Methacrylate (MMA). This attractive floor coating can have a smooth or slip resistant surface finish.

Chemical Resistant Urethane

This Urethane (CRU) is designed to resist chemical spillage such as Skydrol, jet fuel, brake fluid, motor oil, gasoline, battery acid and other harsh chemicals. This high-gloss finish floor system is ideal for hangars, auto dealerships, battery charging areas and other floors exposed to chemical spillage. In addition to superior chemical resistance performance, CRU is designed to withstand damage and wear over the life of the coating.
